Beta Software Agreement

Beta Software Notice
This agreement applies to the following platforms of Interview Hunter:
- Linux (all distributions)
- macOS Intel (x86_64)
✓ Windows and macOS Apple Silicon (ARM64) versions are stable and fully supported.
What Does "Beta" Mean?
Beta versions are still in active development and testing. While functional, they may experience:
- • Occasional stability issues
- • Performance variations
- • Some features may not work as expected
- • Minor bugs and unexpected behavior
Known Limitations
Linux Version
- • Window hiding during screen capture is not available due to Linux kernel limitations
- • The Interview Hunter window will be visible during screen sharing
- • Compatibility may vary across different Linux distributions
macOS Intel Version
- • Performance may not be as optimized as the Apple Silicon version
- • Less stable compared to newer Mac hardware
- • Limited testing on older Intel-based Macs
Software Disclaimer
Provided "AS IS"
Beta versions are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- • Error-free operation
- • Specific performance levels
- • Compatibility with all system configurations
- • Uninterrupted service
No Warranty
We make no warranties regarding the beta software's functionality, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
By using beta software, you acknowledge and agree that:
- • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription
- • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • We are not responsible for any data loss or system issues
- • We are not liable for incompatibility with third-party software
Limited Support
Beta versions receive limited technical support:
- • Stable platforms (Windows, Apple Silicon Mac) receive priority support
- • We will make reasonable efforts to address beta platform issues
- • Response times may be longer for beta-specific problems
- • Some issues may not be resolved until the stable release
