If the payment window doesn't open or shows an error, try:
• Refreshing the page
• Opening the page in incognito mode
• Using a VPN (EU or US servers)

The payment provider may block connections from certain regions. A VPN usually solves this problem.

Why is my Russian card not accepted?

Russian bank cards are not accepted by our payment provider. This restriction applies regardless of your location or VPN — a Russian bank card will not work even from another country.

You will need a card from a foreign bank to make a payment. We are working on alternative payment methods.

How does Interview Hunter work?

The platform analyzes tasks in real-time and suggests optimal solutions while remaining completely undetectable to monitoring systems.

Is there a mobile app?

We currently focus on the desktop version. The mobile version is in development and will be released next quarter.

How do I get support if I have problems?

Which programming languages are supported?

All popular languages are supported: Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, C#, Go, as well as SQL dialects and Bash scripts.

How safe is it to use the assistant during an interview?

We use encryption methods and user action simulation to minimize the probability of detection to zero.

Why are Linux and Intel Mac versions marked as Beta?

Linux and Intel Mac versions are still in active development. Windows and Apple Silicon Mac versions are fully stable and tested. Beta versions may have some limitations and stability issues, but we're actively working to improve them.
